Hours of work: 13 hours per week (Thursday and Friday), term time only
Start Date: As soon as possible
Coed Glas Primary School wishes to appoint a dedicated, friendly Receptionist to join our school team. The role involves responsibility for:
● answering the phone
● face to face enquiries from parents, carers, children and visitors
● assisting with first aid and liaising with parents and carers.
● providing clerical support
● inputting of data and use of school computer systems including SIMS
● undertaking routine administration e.g. registers/school meals
The applicant will be expected to demonstrate the qualities of a good role model, show initiative and be an excellent communicator. The successful candidate must be reliable, committed and interested in working with children, promoting safeguarding and their welfare.
The successful candidate should:-
● Be adaptable, hardworking and enthusiastic
● Be well organised
● Have excellent communication skills
This post would suit a flexible adult who shows patience and understanding.
