Up to £24,531.00 pro rata, dependent on experience
32.5 hours per week

As an Patient Services Administrator, you will:

  • Will be required to greet and attend patients for appointments, ensuring all patient information is correct.

  • Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries.

  • Book, reschedule and cancel appointments.

  • Clinic changes

  • Ensuring all paperwork is available for clinics and admissions

  • Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work.

  • Maintain databases.

  • Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.

  • Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage.

  • Need to be a good team player
