Your new company
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of employees across multiple global sectors. You'll follow established procedures to manage onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding activities using internal systems. This role involves liaising with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with global and local regulations.
Your new role
- Manage onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of non-employees using internal systems, ensuring compliance with global and local policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for onboarding queries, providing timely updates and escalating issues when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding processes.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, resolving data quality issues promptly.
- Prioritise and track onboarding requests via ServiceNow to meet service level agreements.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative, staffing, or onboarding role, ideally within financial services or a vendor management environment.
- Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and Zoom.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of email and multitask effectively.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
