Ready to kickstart your career in People and Culture? Join Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) as a Culture & People Experience Apprentice and gain hands-on experience supporting equality, wellbeing, and organisational culture across NHS Wales.

This is a development-first role—perfect for those at the beginning of their career journey or looking for a fresh start. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build skills in admin, coordination, communications, and digital tools.
