This is a development-first role—perfect for those at the beginning of their career journey or looking for a fresh start. You’ll work alongside experienced mentors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build skills in admin, coordination, communications, and digital tools.

Coordinate meetings, take minutes, manage diaries, and respond to queries
Help track action plans, source training tools, and support team priorities
Collaborate across teams to make a real impact on NHS Wales culture
