Location: Based from BS14 (mobile across Bristol & surrounding areas)

Chameleon Spray is a growing, family-run business specialising in high-quality spraying of kitchens, uPVC windows, doors, and bespoke joinery. We’re expanding quickly and are looking for enthusiastic Sprayer’s Assistants to join our team.
The Role:
We’re looking for reliable, motivated individuals to support our experienced spray team on-site and in our workshop. Duties include:
Assisting sprayers with preparation and masking of items
Loading/unloading vans and equipment
On-site support for spraying jobs (domestic & commercial)
Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
What We’re Offering:
Part-time and full-time roles available
Pay meets national requirements with incentives and competitive rates (depending on experience)
Training provided – no previous experience needed
Opportunity to grow with the company:
Part-time workers can progress to full-time roles with their own van and team
Experienced full-time workers may start with their own van, team, and a competitive salary package with additional benefits
