Secondment Opportunity - We have a rare and exciting opportunity to join us as an Early Help Practitioner. This is a full time, fixed term post. The successful candidate will hold a caseload of families and through relationship-based practice, work together with families and other services to help achieve best outcomes.
Building Stronger Families Team has been formed since 2017 and works closely with the other early help partners and social care to help reduce the need for statutory service involvement.andnbsp;
This secondment provides opportunity to gain further experience working within social care. The role asks that you deliver a wide range of interventions with families as identified in your early help assessments, allowing you to build a great range of diverse skills while working directly with families.andnbsp;
We encourage applications from those who have previous experience of working positively with families, and have excellent communication skills.andnbsp;
