Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Ecommerce Administrative Assistant for a well established manufacturing company based near Renfrew.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail orientated and enthusiastic Ecommerce Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic ecommerce team!
Role Overview:
As Ecommerce Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operational and trading activities, contributing to the growth and optimisation of the online sales channels, with particular focus on Amazon vendor account. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, you will provide support to all ecommerce team members while working cross departmentally with the warehouse and purchasing departments to aid the smooth operational functioning of the department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop or expand their knowledge of ecommerce, online marketplaces and digital operations.
Responsibilities will include:
Amazon listing creation and optimisation.
Amazon catalogue management.
Assist with performance reporting.
Co-ordination and updating of Amazon A+ content.
Oversee stock availability and submit requests for replenishment when needed.
Management of transparency labels.
Invoice filing and recording.
Overseeing Amazon chargebacks and filing disputes where required.
Amazon shortages and returns administration.
Requirements:
Administrative experience is desirable but not required as full training will be provided.
Proficiency in working with computers and online.
Proficiency in MS Excel essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Academic qualification in business or related field preferred but not essential.

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5pm, and Friday, 8.30am – 4pm.
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
