Administrator

Based: Glasgow, G2 8EX - Fully office based
Contract Duration: Until September 2026
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour
Start Date: Subject to clearance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – 7.5-hour shifts between 6:30am–7:30pm

Our client is looking for an Administartor to join their team, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative and operational services. With comprehensive training provided, this role is ideal for someone with solid office/administrative experience looking to grow their career in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process work in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts (calls, emails, messages, transaction processing)
- Learn and apply procedures to deliver quality outputs
- Resolve queries and escalate when necessary
- Prioritise and schedule daily workloads
- Distribute work and information to colleagues when required
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Maintain and update records (manual and database)
- Provide additional administrative support to line management
- Liaise with internal and external clients
- Print, post, and process reports/invoices daily
- Maintain records for audit purposes
- Ensure all deadlines are met
