Essential for this job:
Experience of using Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
As our Office Administrator you will play a crucial role in making sure our services enable people to have fulfilling, rewarding lives. Our administration team supports Teams, Service Leaders, Directors and external stakeholders and provides a professional, friendly and supportive administration service.
You need to be someone who is passionate about providing great customer service and someone who can work collaboratively as part of a small team. You should have a good eye for detail with some good IT skills and a professional friendly manner.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with a range of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining all databases and our internal drives and systems and support any new developments.
You will work closely with our HR and Training departments to assist with a range of duties and we need you to be able to use your own initiative and demonstrate a flexible approach to your working day. It is a busy office, with no two days the same, you will be expected to provide support to a range of people and departments.
Ideally you will:
Have some experience of working in a busy office
Have excellent general computer and keyboard skills
Be able to work well as part of a team
Be approachable and friendly
Have some experience using Excel
Be confident with 'can do' attitude
Be an excellent timekeeper
Be able to take the initiative
