The successful candidate will.
Work with the Head Teacher, other school staff, parents, learners and outside agencies to ensure the positive attendance of across the school.
To contribute to the overall delivery of the Behaviour and Attendance policy and process for all learners and staff who attend the Link School.
To be part of a professional team to contribute to raising overall standards across the school.
Monitor and support learners attending alternative learning environments as part of positive re-engagement plans.
To work proactively and effectively in collaboration and partnership with learners/parents and carers and other external agencies in the best interests of learners to ensure they are supported with their Post 16 pathways.andnbsp;
