Glen Mor Medical Practice is a busy, friendly 5 partner GP Practice, with over 5,500 patients. Due to staff restructuring we are looking to recruit a part-time receptionist 22 hours per week. Hours of work Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm, 3rd day to be confirmed. You may be occasionally required to cover absences/holidays
The role will include dealing with patients at reception and over the telephone, processing mail, booking and cancelling appointments, “signposting” patients to the appropriate service, and other administrative duties.
