Ivy Resource Group is seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support a KS3 student in KS3 at a specialist secondary school in Devizes. This full-time role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people with additional needs, while working in a nurturing and forward-thinking educational environment.

Your Role:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support for Year 9 students
• Assist with classroom activities and differentiated learning tasks
• Help manage behaviour and promote emotional regulation
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
• Eligibility to work in the UK
The Details:
• Location: Devizes
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:15pm
• Pay: £90–£100 per day (dependent on experience)
• Start: September 2025
