Summary
Ivy Resource Group are looking for a part time (Monday - Friday 830am - 1pm) SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant primary school based on the outskirts of Stroud. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside the rest of the team but supporting a child in Reception with an EHCP.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide personalised support to the assigned student, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with classroom activities, individualized learning plans, and behaviour management.
• Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere for the student’s growth.Requirements:
• Experience: At least 30 days experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• Qualifications: No formal qualifications required; your experience and dedication matter most.
• Compassion: A genuine care for the well-being and development of young learners.
• Enthusiasm: Bring your positive energy and passion for education to the classroom.
