About the Role:
- You will be required to work across a range of SEN schools in Rowley Regis, Oldbury, West Bromwich and Halesowen.
- You will support pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and complex behavioural needs.
- You will be help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- You will Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support workers, and therapists.
Requirements:
- Experience working with SEN students is required
- A caring, patient, and resilient attitude
- An ability to adapt to different school settings and student needs
- A minimum of a level 2 qualification in childcare
- A minimum of 6 months working in a UK school
