We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated nurses to work with the Multi-disciplinary Team in Birch Ward as a band 5. The applicants should have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


We are an acute medical ward specialising in General Medicine. We are a friendly and conscientious team who are passionate about the Medicine. We have a large work force including covering the ward with all the different specialities including, gastroenterology, cardiac, endocrinology, respiratory and sometimes End or Life Care.


We have been trained to a high stand for acute medicine, as we were previously a older people services ward. You will also have the benefit and opportunity to gain training to uplift your acute skills, we have many programmes and development days.

If you possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and have a specialist interest in developing the service we provide then please apply, we would be happy to have you as part of our team.
