Deputy Residential Manager
Reporting to: Registered Manager, Area Managers and Company Directors.
Responsible for: To support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home. This includes assisting the manager in supervisory responsibilities within the team, caring for the welfare of the young people alongside having an understanding and commitment that their care is provided in line with the legislation, policy and ethos as required by Meadows Care and Ofsted.
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Must hold Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care in Residential Care with children and young people or an equivalent qualification.
Meadows Care provides the highest quality therapeutic care, within very high-quality settings to children and young people. We offer young people care, accommodation and support as close to a family environment as possible.
The hours of work for a Deputy Manager in Birmingham are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. The hours are worked mainly in the home as part of the staff team. There is an expectation that if there is an incident / need for you to stay you can be flexible in this.
Salary is £35,000 to £37,000 per annum
This post is subject to a 6-month probationary period.
