Person Specification Highlights: Essential Qualifications & Skills: NVQ Level 3 in a care-related field or equivalent. Basic computer literacy. Ability to travel and work flexibly. Understanding of therapeutic boundaries. Teamwork and communication skills. Desirable: Driving licence. Understanding of clinical supervision and legislation. Ability to use test equipment.
