About the Role

Jannet Security Services Ltd is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to provide security services at a residential site in the NR32 area. This is a contract-based, part-time position ideal for candidates looking for consistent weekend work.


Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a visible security presence across the premises
• Monitor and protect residents and property within the building
• Manage access control and respond to incidents professionally
• Conduct regular patrols of the site
• Maintain regular contact with the control room by carrying out hourly check calls
• Accurately complete Daily Occurrence Reports (DOR) / Daily Occurrence Books (DOB)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors

Requirements
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence (essential)
• Previous security experience preferred but not mandatory
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be available every weekend (Saturday & Sunday, 07:30–17:30)

• Pay rate of £12.25 per hour
• Consistent weekend shift pattern (20 hours per week)
• 9-month contract, rolling monthly thereafter (subject to client requirements)
