We are looking for a friendly, caring, and reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team. As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will help create a safe, happy, and inclusive environment for our children during the lunch break. You will support pupils while they eat, encourage good table manners, and help promote positive play in the playground and dining hall. Main responsibilities: Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and around the school during lunchtime Encourage positive behaviour and good social skills Support and engage pupils in safe, fun, and inclusive play activities Deal with minor first aid (training provided) Work as part of a team to ensure lunchtimes are enjoyable and safe for all children We are looking for someone who: Enjoys working with children and understands their needs Is approachable, patient, and positive Can work well as part of a team Is reliable and committed to safeguarding pupils Join Shaw Education Trust – Support, Teach, Lead… Make the Remarkable Happen.At Shaw Education Trust, we believe every role holds the power to transform a life.
