About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 pupil with complex needs, including autism and non-verbal communication. The child can become dysregulated at times, so patience, consistency, and the ability to use calming strategies are essential. Experience with Team Teach or positive handling training would be highly valued. You will be working one-to-one, supporting the pupil's academic progress, communication development, and emotional regulation, while working closely with the SENCO and class teacher.

About the School
This welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is proud of its inclusive ethos and strong support for pupils with additional needs. Staff benefit from a supportive leadership team, modern facilities, and excellent resources designed to meet a range of SEN requirements. With strong transport links, the school is accessible from across West London and offers a collaborative and friendly working environment.

What's on Offer
Staff here benefit from supportive leadership, modern facilities, clear opportunities for progression, ongoing CPD and training, free lunches, on-site parking, and excellent transport connections.
