What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting Reception children with special educational needs
• Providing 1:1 and small-group interventions as an SEN Teaching Assistant
• Assisting with communication, sensory regulation, and early learning
• Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and parents
• Using visuals, routines, and structured play to promote engagement
• Documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Acting as a consistent, encouraging presence in the classroom

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Camden School:
