Key responsibilities as follows: Be competent as appropriate to the requirement of the role Demonstrate at all times the Trust Values of: Kind, Excellent, Together Be competent in the assessment and management of inpatients with dysphagia across all acute ward areas at Royal Stoke and County Hospital Be skilled in the assessment of communication and the implementation and evaluation of care/support packages.
