Summary

Key responsibilities as follows: Be competent as appropriate to the requirement of the role Demonstrate at all times the Trust Values of: Kind, Excellent, Together Be competent in the assessment and management of inpatients with dysphagia across all acute ward areas at Royal Stoke and County Hospital Be skilled in the assessment of communication and the implementation and evaluation of care/support packages. Demonstrate initiative and autonomy, whilst being creative in finding solutions to problems Fulfil supervisory responsibilities as required Fulfil work to support service development, as part of the wider SLT team Support the training and development of BSc and MSc students
