Service Manager / Workshop Controller required for our Client’s Workshop based in the Poole area.
For your hard work for our Client you can expect a salary of £45,000.
The hours of work in this Service Manager position are Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm and 1-in-3 Saturdays 8am - 12pm.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service orientated who can coach the service team to deliver only the best Customer Service
- Confident at conducting vehicle repairs on a diverse range of commercial vehicles, in accordance to manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork documents, are completed to an exceptional standard.
- Organised and the ability to think on your feet
- Innovative with the ability to think of new methods to drive performance through your team
- Target focused and can drive a team of Service Professionals to success
- Communicating regularly to the Depot Manager
Requirements:
- Previous working experience within a Service Manager or Workshop Controller capacity
- Outstanding Management skills
- Technically minded
- Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
