Summary

Purpose

One of the most exciting areas of growth in our business is in asset adoption and operations.


  • Stark Infra are a licence IDNO and IGT to adopt electricity and gas network assets following the completion of siteworks from ICPs/UIPs.
  • We offer an Asset Value, calculated based on the expected lifetime revenues, to purchase the network from siteworks businesses,
  • Following award, we take on the responsibility of managing asset data and records, network maintenance and providing customers with a seamless adoption process.


The Technical Admin’s key responsibility is to ensure our network asset customers experience is maximised throughout the adoption process and post-install, whilst maintaining compliance and profitability.


Responsibilities & Accountabilities


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide a best-in-class land rights service through administering the process by responding to all standard queries, liaising with solicitors, legal pack creation and reporting to the customer,
  • Review standard energisation requests and completion files,
  • Administer the ICP/UIP onboarding process,
  • Schedule inspections and maintenance for onsite operatives,
  • Process whereabouts and schedule WIP audits for onsite operatives,
  • Send remedial letters and chase responses on major Non-Conformances, liaising with the SHEQ function for any health and safety concerns,
  • Mailbox management and maintenance of KPI reporting across the technical adoption process,
  • Support on administrative needs during network outages,
  • Solve problems faced and implement basic change to processes and procedures


Other Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with Stark’s regulatory licenses compliance and industry best practises.
  • Participate in regular training/ learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and co-operate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required.


Person Specification, Competencies & Skills

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Prior experience administering a land rights service preferrable,
  • Basic understanding of the adoption process, design requirements and documentation preferrable,
  • Experience administering and scheduling appointments or audits,
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities,
  • Keep up to date with advances in the energy infrastructure market and new methods and ways of working,
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills,
  • Confident and accurate use of departmental computer systems/databases.
