Quality Assurance Specialist - Customer Operations

Location: On-site in Milton Keynes (Monday-Friday, 9-5)
Pay: £14.53 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (until 31st December 2025, with real potential to extend into 2026)

We're seeking experienced QA Specialists to support Customer Operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and great customer outcomes across key operational areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, improving processes and driving service standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a QA Specialist, you will:
✅ Review customer journeys across New Business, Customer Services, Collections, and Resolutions.
✅ Provide oversight to ensure adherence to regulations and internal quality standards.
✅ Analyse data and interactions to spot risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
✅ Work closely with internal teams and outsourced partners to drive quality.
✅ Deliver constructive feedback and support calibrations to align QA frameworks.

What We're Looking For
Experience in a QA or compliance role within a regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of FCA requirements and quality frameworks.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and reporting tools.
A proactive, driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
