Job Title: Quality Auditor
Location: Wimblington Drive, Milton Keynes, MK6 4AH
Salary: £33 000 per annum
Hours: 10 hours between the hours of 18:00 - 06:00, Sunday – Thursday
Reporting to: Technical Manager

At The Compleat Food Group, we're aim to raise the bar, captivate our customers and craft delicious products that delight taste
buds across the nation. Based at our newly expanded Fried Manufacturing site in Milton Keynes, which has gone through significant
investment over the last 6 months, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join as Stock Control (Reconciliation)
Operative's.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Quality Auditor, you’ll:
* Be the guardian of food safety & quality on our production lines.
* Carry out daily inspections, checks, and audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
* Spot and solve issues quickly to keep production flowing.
* Conduct checks on packaging, labelling, weights, seals, metal detectors, and more.
* Maintain accurate records that support our technical team and external audits.
* Encourage best practice in hygiene, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and “Clean As You Go.”
* Work closely with the Technical Manager and wider team to ensure continuous improvement.
* Champion a safe working environment by following all H&S procedures.
* Report hazards and help investigate any incidents.
* Lead by example when it comes to safe and responsible behaviour.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* Level 2 HACCP and Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualifications.
* A solid understanding of Health & Safety in food production.
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach – able to work under pressure.
* A true team player who can challenge poor practice and drive high standards.
