Looking for a Site Manager to join a leading Property services company on an Planned Maintenance/ Retrofit contract based in Basildon and surrounding areas
Offering a competitive salary of up to £55k +car allowance and benefits
- We are after an established Site Manager who has a track record of delivering retrofit/ planned maintenance projects and external works to include, windows, EWI, internal and external decorations
- Manage Sub-Contractors and Suppliers to ensure quality control is maintained
- Attend pre and post-inspection works and advise on appropriate action and job requirements and assist with design solutions
Previous work on Social housing Retrofit contracts is a must
You will need:
- Previous Site Management experience, ideally on planned maintenance projects
- SMSTS, First aid, CSCS card
- NVQ 4 Supervisory or above is ideal
- UK Driving licence is essential
