Location: Margate, CT9
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift: Nights 19:00pm - 5:00am £8 uplift for each completed night shift
Days 5am-15:00pm
About the Role:HR GO are recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well established & successful food manufacturing company in Thanet. This is a fantastic opportunity with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates.
Experience in food production is essential, particularly in bakery operations - but full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:⚖️ Weigh and measure ingredients
️ Portion and divide product quantities
Mix ingredients by hand or with machinery
Prepare and shape dough
Bake products in industrial ovens
✅ Perform quality control checks
Food production experience (essential)
Team player with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to learn and develop
