We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Planner to join our team on a landmark construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems across a complex build environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Review and critique subcontractor MEP programmes to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
-Collaborate with delivery partners to suggest improvements and develop effective mitigation strategies.
-Coordinate sequencing and buildability with MEP and construction subcontractors to optimise delivery.
-Monitor and report on progress across all MEP elements, providing clear insights and updates to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
-Proven experience in planning roles within major construction projects, ideally with MEP focus.
-Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and programme management.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Proficiency in planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject).
-A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
