Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our Water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. We’re proud to be a key partner on the Caledonia Water Alliance and will successfully and safely work with Scottish Water to jointly deliver SR21, a six-year water and wastewater infrastructure pan Scotland capital investment programme.

What will you be doing?

You'll be a proactive Planner to join our water division, responsible for developing and maintaining programmes across design, procurement, and construction phases. Producing progress trackers, supporting cost integration for CPI/SPI reporting, and embedding planning best practices. You’ll collaborate with project teams, attend client meetings, and contribute to risk and change control processes. Key duties include monitoring compliance with programme obligations, supporting tenders, and participating in project handovers. A strong understanding of planning tools and techniques is essential, along with the ability to drive continuous improvement and align planning activities with commercial and financial targets.

What you’ll bring

- Familiarity with MS Project, and Primavera P6 are essential.
- Valid driving license
- Strong experience in business systems support or as a key user of integrated planning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex planning tasks and contribute to strategic objectives.
