Summary


An opportunity for secondment has arisen for a Data clerk/assistant to support Critical Care Outreach and the Vascular Access Service.

NHS Employees should ideally secure their manager’s agreement for a secondment arrangement ideally prior to applying, as this will be a condition of any offer made. This vacancy is advertised on a fixed term basis as It has been established to provide cover for an employee on secondment and will end in 8 months or when the substantive postholder returns. Whilst this post is advertised on an acting / secondment basis there is the potential that this post may become permanent in the future.

The successful application will input data around activity for both service using excel, pull out analysis from the data for interpretation by the manager and the teams. They will be responsible for uploading the codes to PAS for the clinics, writing letter, arranging clinics and meetings, taking minutes and supporting the Lead in diary management and with admin and office duties including answering queries from the public re various clinics etc.
