Front of House Assistant - Grind (Waterloo Station, London)
£13.85 per hour/ Part time and full time contracts available
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Front of House Assistant to join our team at Grind. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, where individuality and great customer experiences are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be the face of Grind – welcoming guests, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating a welcoming, positive environment for every guest
- Serving food and drinks with energy and pride, making each interaction personal
- Handling transactions smoothly and confidently
- Keeping the front of house running seamlessly, from service to cleanliness
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
What we’re looking for:
- A people-first mindset – you love making guests feel at home
- Enthusiasm for great service, coffee culture, and hospitality
- Team spirit and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A flexible, can-do approach with reliability at the core
- Previous front of house or hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential – personality and energy matter most
