Summary
Front of House Supervisor (Grind, Waterloo Station)
£14.60 per hour
We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Front of House Supervisor to join the team at Grind. As a Front of House Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in making sure our service runs smoothly day to day – supporting the team, managing operations, and ensuring every customer enjoys the warm, welcoming Grind atmosphere we’re known for.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting the front of house team to deliver consistently high service
- Acting as a key holder and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Handling stock orders, deliveries, and ensuring everything is stored correctly
- Driving team engagement, motivating colleagues, and keeping service standards high
- Making sure the front of house always looks sharp, professional, and inviting
- Upholding all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience supervising a front of house or hospitality team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and customer service focus
- Organised, reliable, and confident in managing day-to-day operations
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure
