Inventory Administrator – Great Barr - £24,000 per annum plus company benefits

Our client is a well-established company based in the Great Barr area of Birmingham, due to expansion they are now looking for an experienced Inventory Administrator to join their existing team.

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Monitor and control backorder levels to minimize delays and stock shortages.
• Maintain optimal stock levels for pre-branded stock items to meet operational demand.
• Communicate effectively between management and operational teams regarding stock status, supplier issues, and process updates.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve backorder and delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and supplier performance data.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory control, supply chain, or procurement.
• Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
• Possess excellent administration skills.

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
