The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and organisational skills to join a growing business.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing , you will support the team with the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring efficiency and quality across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, can communicate effectively, and is keen to progress within a busy company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the manufacturing and office team.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Manage email and telephone enquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist with order processing, record-keeping, and reporting.
Support with quality assurance processes and general office coordination.
Taking deliveries to the post office
Dealing with couriers
Using Excel
What We’re Looking For
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, email systems).
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask.
A genuine interest in developing a career in a manufacturing environment
Benefits
Salary: £24,000 per year.
20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Pension scheme.
