Reigate School is seeking to appoint a Finance Assistant to provide general admin support to the School Business Manager and to provide financial administrative support to the finance team with collecting, processing, recording, reconciling and reporting financial information.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a financial setting, you will also:
be able to manage your time effectively and able to work towards deadlines;
have strong written and verbal communication skills;
be well organised, methodical and have the ability to remain calm under pressure;
have a positive and flexible approach while managing a diverse workload; and
be kind, caring and be able to forge positive relationships with our school community, including colleagues, children, parents and neighbours.

This is a part time term time role working 26 hours over 41 weeks per annum. Working days and times are negotiable. The full time equivalent annual salary is £27,634 to £29,604 and the pro rata annual salary is £18,050 to £19,336.
