Maintenance Engineer – Deeside

We’re recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client’s team in Deeside. If you’re experienced in maintaining and repairing machinery and want to be part of a forward-thinking manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay Rate: £15.87 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding promptly to mechanical and electrical breakdowns

  
  

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

  
  

• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective solutions

  
  

• Conducting safety checks and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

  
  

• Supporting contractors and assisting with equipment installations

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a production/manufacturing environment

    
    

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills (both mechanical & electrical)

    
    

  • Relevant engineering qualifications (apprenticeship, HNC, NVQ or equivalent preferred)

    
    

  • A proactive team player who can also work independently
