The Role

Waternation is a growing business with big ambitions. We are now looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and help us bring in new business, nurture customer relationships, and drive company growth.
This is a new role within our sales team, reporting to the Sales Manager (once appointed). You'll be responsible for managing inbound leads from our CRM, website, and online shop to grow a portfolio of customers and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Make proactive sales calls daily
• Visit existing and potential customers to promote our products
• Prepare clear reports on sales activity and customer visits
• Deliver professional presentations to clients
• Develop tailored product offers for customer needs

Benefits:
• Quarterly bonus/commission based on profit earned – minimum £1,000/month expected, with no cap

The Person
We're looking for someone who is:
• Confident, target-driven, and enthusiastic about sales
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally
• Comfortable with using CRM systems and reporting tools
• Happy to pick up the phone and speak to clients daily
• Organised, with good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required
Experience in sales is preferred, especially in a B2B environment, but we are open to ambitious individuals who are ready to learn and succeed.
