Crynodeb
Develop systems and processes which monitor, record, report and ultimately improve the management of all HTA license activity across the organisation. On request, review and draft responses to external regulators (e.g. HTA, CQC) and advisory bodies to provide assurance of HTA license and regulation compliance in the Trust Provide information about compliance with licencing requirements as required for regional and national data collection and audit. Provide specialist advice and support on HTA license requirements and compliance with legislation and standards across the Trust. Advise on HTA matters and support all departments in their strategies and programmes to maximise organisational compliance. Oversee incidents and non-conformities against HTA standards and, ensure appropriate processes are in place to flag issues, risks and concerns with the relevant stakeholders. Lead local inspection teams and coordinate the logistics of inspection activity, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that the team provides a quality service in relation to inspection activity. Oversee the development, monitoring and systematic follow-up of action plans to address recommendations arising because of inspection activity. Implement a reporting framework to monitor progress of actions. Developing information materials and delivering education and training programmes in inspection.
