Summary

1. This role will be an integral part of the wider Finance Team, supporting the delivery and development of improved performance across organisation.
2. The post holder will support the overall management and performance of the operational finance team ensuring financial information is processed in accordance with procedures. This incorporates monthly reporting processes, statutory accounts, treasury support, systems, controls and charitable funds.

A team member supporting the Management Accounting team in delivering financial management services to two or more Care
Groups/corporate services.
Inputs amendments to budget reports utilising knowledge of the Advanced financial system.
Analysis of variations in expenditure on budget reports by investigating queries and discrepancies raised by managers and discussing responses and solutions with individual members of staff.
Actions a range of monthly adjustments and amendments required for the production of budget reports and in order to resolve managers’ queries.
