Crynodeb
Be responsible in meeting and greeting patients and visitors to HCT, delivering a high standard of comprehensive reception and administrative support to ensure effective delivery of clinic services to patients and clinical staff which fall within the remit of Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust. Be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the clinics and facility. Working with the minimum supervision and using initiative to achieve service requirements and deadlines. To act as first point of contact for telephone and face to face enquiries by patients, their relatives and carers, health professionals (both internal and external) and the general public on the Danesbury site and to support the smooth running of the Unit ensuring patietn confidentiality is maintained at all times, in line with expectation and Trust policy.
