We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist (Support Services) to be the welcoming face of our organisation.

Job Description

As our Support Services Receptionist, you will ensure every visitor, caller, and colleague receives a warm, efficient, and professional service.

This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties, post room management, and support for our central service desk.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
Manage incoming calls, resolve queries where possible, and ensure accurate messages and follow-ups.
Oversee visitor sign-in processes, maintain reception presentation, and manage office supplies.
Organise meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for the next event.
Support building operations, ensuring security, safety, compliance, and contractor management.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing post.
Assist the Workplace Manager in delivering operational services to agreed standards.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Planning, organising and problem solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment with multiple priorities.
Diplomatic and professional, even under pressure.
Experience in a similar role
