Summary

We're looking for Document Controller to join our Build Team based in Weybridge.



Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us





What will you be responsible for?

As an Document Controller , you'll be working within the Digital Team, managing the project common data environment (CDE) and provide ongoing training and support to project stakeholders.

Your day to day will include:

-Being the main point of contact for ongoing support and coaching, including third parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.

-Validation, checking and curation of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE including receipt, classification, verification, registry, distribution, and retrieval

-Configuration and preparation of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, TQs, RFIs, other reportable data and user activity to inform digital dashboards

-Ongoing maintenance of project file naming protocols with the information manager and project team, in line with Kier protocols and ISO 19650

What are we looking for?

This role of Document Controller (Information Coordinator) is great for you if:

-Proficient in Viewpoint

-Comprehension of industry standard naming conventions. ISO 19650-2 National Annex preferred

-Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project, along with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, specifically Excel, Teams and SharePoint

-Experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources
