We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager - Repairs - Interims to oversee and enhance our repair operations. Responsibilities
Oversee daily repair operations and ensure timely completion of all projects.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve repair service quality and efficiency.
Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing training and support as needed.
Monitor budget and financial performance, ensuring adherence to projected costs.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans for team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline repair processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop metrics and KPIs to assess performance and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management with a focus on repair services.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address operational challenges.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across the organization.

Pay Per Hour: £40.04
