• Supporting students with SEMH and additional learning needs in-class and 1:1
• Promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence
• Implementing behaviour support strategies in collaboration with SENCo
• Providing academic interventions and personalised support
• Encouraging positive engagement and independent learning
• Tracking progress and feeding back to teaching staff
