Are you an SEN teacher looking to make an immediate impact? Long Term Futures is working with a supportive and inclusive SEN school in Birmingham that caters to students aged 11-19 with a wide range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), social and emotional challenges, and associated learning differences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated teacher to step into a role straight away, with the view to secure a permanent position. The school is proud of its caring ethos, structured environment, and strong focus on preparing young people for independence and future opportunities.

The Role
As an SEN Class Teacher, you'll take responsibility for a small class group with additional adult support. Lessons are highly personalised to meet EHCP outcomes, with a focus on communication, social development, and functional skills. You'll play a key role in helping students grow in confidence, independence, and emotional regulation.

What We're Looking For

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
