HGV Class 1 Driver - Immediate Starts

Newport | PAYE: £17-£22.34/hr | Umbrella: £20-£25/hr + £5 meal allowance | Monday to Friday | Ongoing | No weekends

Are you a qualified HGV Class 1 (Cat CE) Driver with HIAB experience? Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for experienced drivers to join our well-known client's Newport operation. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and customer-focused drivers seeking ongoing work with immediate starts.

About the Role:
  • Start times: between 6am, Monday to Friday.
  • Operate curtain sider or flatbed trailers.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Keep your vehicle clean, tidy, and ready for next use.
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
Pay Rates:
  • PAYE:
  • £17 per hour (up to 9.6 hours), then £22.34 per hour.
Umbrella PAYE:
  • £20 per hour (up to 9.6 hours), then £25 per hour.
Additional:
  • £5 daily meal allowance.
