Key Responsibilities
Support strategic acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations
Conduct rolling property inspections to maintain standards
Manage compounds, vacant property security, and risk reduction
Work with retained agents on business rates appeals
Maintain accurate property records in Qube
Build strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
What You’ll Need
Degree in Real Estate, Commercial Estate Management, or similar
MRICS qualified with 2+ years PQE
Commercial property management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence + flexibility to travel nationwide
Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
