About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer to join our Community Safety team. You will play a key role in tackling anti-social behaviour across the borough, working closely with residents, partner agencies, and internal departments to improve community safety and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate enforcement or preventative action.
- Work in partnership with the police, housing providers, and other stakeholders to resolve ASB issues.
- Prepare case files, witness statements, and attend court where necessary.
- Engage with communities to build trust and promote reporting of ASB.
- Support victims and witnesses of anti-social behaviour.
